Hello Falcon Family!
Catholic Schools Week begins with Family Mass & Open House this Sunday, January 28th.
- Mass: 9:00am
- Open House: doors open 15 minutes after Mass ends: approximately 10:15am – 11:30am
Falcon SGO Changes
- Next year, we will use 100% of our Falcon SGO donations to assist families in need.
- Anyone who does not receive a full EdChoice Scholarship ($6,166)…and completes a financial aid application…will be eligible to receive this scholarship.
- The 2023 SGO donation deadline has been extended to include your tax return date (instead of the standard December 31st deadline).

CYO Volunteers Needed: we could use some help coaching our boys grade 3-4 volleyball team, as well as our girls 6th grade volleyball team. If you are willing to help, please text Brian Frey at (937) 684-7087. Thank you!!
Re-enrollment remains open for returning students. If you have not yet re-enrolled and your child’s class is full, you are at risk of losing your spot.
Recruiting! We need your help filling our open seats for next year. Despite our marketing efforts to educate our local community about this year’s EdChoice changes, we still meet new families who were unaware they could use EdChoice at St. Chris. PLEASE get on social media and let your friends know that we are accepting applications for next year’s Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 8th grades…and we accept EdChoice. They can email me at happy@sc.sgfp.org for a tuition estimate.
Drop Off Times
- Please drop off your children between 7:30AM – 7:40AM.
- The school day begins at 7:50AM.
- Students should be unpacked and in their seats BEFORE 7:50AM.
- Please use the entire Drop Off Zone (playground to Bus) regardless of weather.
- We have 200+ students being dropped off in a 10 minute window. We need 8+ cars unloading at the same time.
- It is impossible for every student to exit his/her car at the one spot closest to the school door.

Financial Assistance (from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati): The Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati offers two different scholarships for K-8 students in our area:
- Elementary School CEF Scholarship
- Based on Financial Need
- Deadline to apply is February 25, 2024

- Not Needs Based.
- To qualify the student must be the first child of the applicant to attend a Catholic school.
