May is upon us. There is a lot in here. To my skimmers… be ready!
Schedule:
A Few Things:
1. IT IS TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK! Let’s go! We have a great lineup of fun treats for our staff this week. Can’t wait to celebrate them and shout out all that they do! I am going to ask for your help later this week. I will send out a separate email for that.
2. We had a great day of Professional Development yesterday. We hope the kids had a nice day off!
3. Today at Mass we celebrated with May Crowning! Our beautiful 2nd Graders processed in with the flowers that we made during an all school prayer family activity. Mary was crowned by our 8th Grader, Alexis. It was such a nice way to begin the day! God is good!
4. iReady Testing is this week. The kids will be taking the third and final Diagnostic Assessment. Please make sure they are getting good rest and eating breakfast in the morning.
5. Our amazing Librarian and Junior High Religion Teacher, Mrs. Hartley, is having knee surgery today. We have received good reports. Please send prayers her way for a speedy recovery!
6. The staff and kids totally rocked Principal Day! I was certainly surprised on Friday- a million sticky notes of kind words… tears! This place is the best. The notes are simply amazing… and quite hilarious!
7. This week concludes Falcon Flight. Final session is Thursday, May 7.
8. Friday, May 8 is an OOU Day. I am giving this Friday as OOU in exchange for the Superhero Theme of last week.

5/22: Last Day- Dismissal at 11:30am

1. Enrollment has opened for all grades. If you have an interested family, please send them my way!
2. A reminder that every Friday is SChirt Day (current or previous schirts with uniform bottoms).
