Out of Uniform Day tomorrow since it is our first in-school Friday of the month!
Parent Alert System & Calamity Days:
- You should have received a text from the school around 2:00pm today. If you did not, please email me with your cell phone number.
- We will use this texting system to notify families of school delays and closings instead of One Call Now.
- We will also post weather updates on our official school Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- We will continue to follow Vandalia Butler’s decisions regarding weather delays and closings since they control transportation for many of our students.
- St. Christopher School announcements will no longer be posted on television stations, but you can follow updates for Vandalia Butler per the above.
COVID Corner: our two-week blended case rate is 302 which is about the same as last week and about the same as the overall county case rate of 316.
School Volunteers
- We are super grateful for all volunteers who are able to give their time to events at the school.
- In order to keep everyone safe, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati requires all volunteers and employees to be in compliance with its Decree on Child Protection.
- This includes initial training on recognizing signs of sexual abuse, ongoing training that can be done at the computer four times a year, and an online background check.
- If you are considering volunteering at the school in the future, please complete this simple training now or at least two weeks ahead of your event.
- Instructions can be found at this SafeParish Link.
- For volunteers already approved through the Archdiocese’s previous VIRTUS program, you will need to create a new SafeParish account using the above instructions.
- Please use the same name and email address associated with your VIRTUS account, so your initial training and background check transfer over to your new SafeParish account.
