Parent/Teacher Conferences

  • Please only register for a conference, if a teacher requests a conference with you or you have a specific concern/need.  You are always welcome to contact teachers for general updates, however, we prefer to reserve these two days of conferences for specific needs.
  • Thursday 2/17 (In-Person): 3:00pm-4:30pm and 5:30pm-7:00pm
  • Friday 2/18 (Virtual): 8:30am-11:30am
  • Please register using this Registration Link.
  • Google Meet links for the virtual sessions will be emailed on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 to the email address provided in your conference registration form (see above link).

Car Rider Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

  • Morning
    • Please pull up to the farthest cone possible when dropping off your student(s), so the greatest number of cars can pull up behind you and unload students at the same time.
    • Whenever possible, please have your student(s) exit your car using the passenger side doors.
    • When stopped at the drop-off cones, please stay in line until all cars in front of you have unloaded students and are pulling away.  If a student exits the wrong side of the car and drops something or falls in the parking lot, you may not be able to see him/her, if the car in front of you has not moved and you try to leave.
    • If you need to park in the church parking lot and walk your student to the building, please park on the far side of the church lot cones, so you do not have to cross incoming and outgoing traffic while you are walking.
  • Afternoon
    • Please stay in your parking spot until all cars have been loaded and a teacher gives the sign to exit the parking lot.
  • More Drop-Off / Pick-up Information can be found our website.

The Book Fair will be February 22 through March 1.
