26-27 New Falcon Faculty Intros

Hello and Happy Monday!

I would like to introduce our new staff members for the 2026-2027 school year:

Kindergarten Aide- April Barnes

Mrs. Barnes has been a valued substitute teacher in our building for several years and most recently served as the long-term substitute during a maternity leave. We are excited to welcome April in a new role this year as the Kindergarten Aide in Mrs. Dunkle’s classroom. Her experience, dedication, and familiarity with our school community make her a wonderful addition to the kindergarten team!

Kindergarten Aide- Courtney Rietman

Mrs. Rietman will be joining our kindergarten team this year as the Kindergarten Afternoon Aide, providing support in both kindergarten classrooms. She has previously served as a substitute in our building, showing her patience and consistent approach each day. We are fortunate to have Courtney on our team, and know she will be a wonderful support for our students and staff this year.

2nd Grade- Annie Brown

Ms. Brown is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Primary Education and Intervention. She enjoys spending time with her large family, working at her family’s tree nursery, being outdoors, and reading. We are thrilled to welcome Annie to our team! Her kind, calm spirit will most certainly help our students feel loved, supported, and valued each and every day.

3rd Grade- Alicia Clune

Ms. Clune is a recent graduate of The University of Toledo where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys visiting national and state parks, spending time boating, and is a coffee enthusiast! We are excited to welcome Alicia to our team and know her faith, sense of humor, and positive energy will be a wonderful blessing to our students, staff, and families throughout the school year.

4th Grade- Kelly Peltier

Mrs. Peltier is joining our 4th Grade team this year. She brings many years of experience in education, having served as both a classroom teacher and a speech therapist. Kelly enjoys baking, baseball, and spending time with her dog. Her (now grown) children are St. Chris alumni, making this a special homecoming for her family. A fun fact: Mrs. Peltier’s youngest son was a student in my very first 3rd grade class—what a wonderful full-circle moment! We are thrilled to welcome Kelly to our team and know her experience, expertise, and love of teaching will be a tremendous blessing to our students and school community.

Junior High- Kim Vore

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Vore back to the St. Christopher Staff! Mrs. Vore dedicated more than 30 years to teaching at St. Christopher and has continued to substitute teach since her retirement. This year, she will be joining our Junior High team to support our growing upper-grade classes. We couldn’t be more excited to have her back in the building, sharing her wealth of knowledge, experience, and friendship with our students, staff, and families. Welcome home, Mrs. Vore!

Clinical Aide- Brittany Terry

We are excited to announce the addition of a part-time Clinical Aide to our staff this year! Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Terry to the St. Christopher Staff. She joins us from Premier Health and brings over 15 years of experience serving as fire/EMT and two years of serving students in a school settings. Mrs. Terry is kind, patient, compassionate, and thorough, and we know our students and families will feel well cared for in her hands. We are grateful to have her on our team and know she will be a wonderful addition to our school community. Bring on all the mints and frozen sponges!

Band- Rachel Gleberman

A big welcome to our new Band Director for the upcoming school year, Ms. Rachel Gleberman! She joins us from Chaminade Julienne and will continue the same twice-a-week schedule that our previous band directors have followed. We look forward to seeing Rachel share her passion for music while inspiring and encouraging our student musicians. We are thrilled to have her as part of the St. Christopher community and can’t wait for a wonderful year together!

Sincerely,
Mrs. Trentman
