Hello Falcons!
Water: the water main has been fixed and in-school learning will resume tomorrow. We requested a quote to replace the entire line, since it is so old. Not surprisingly, it will be expensive and require an extended closure of the school. For these reasons, we will revisit the quote during the summer or if the school closes because of COVID-19, whichever comes first.
Distance Learning: thank you for your patience and feedback, as we worked through our first remote learning day for grades 3-8. It sounds like it went well, but not perfect, so we have room for improvement. I view that as a success! Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your flexibility especially with such short notice.
Out of Uniform Day: we will celebrate the first Friday of the month with an Out of Uniform Day tomorrow. Per the St. Christopher Dress Code:
Clothing must be modest and appropriate for school, as determined by the school staff.
Clothing must not be over revealing, too tight, have inappropriate writing/graphics or have holes/rips/tears in them.
Lunch Service will be available tomorrow and next week. Please check Option C for the menu.
Picture Day has been rescheduled to next Thursday September 10.
