Hello Parents,
I wanted to share the Ohio Department of Health’s Quarantine Flow Chart. It is a bit confusing, but I encourage you to review it in the event your child is considered a close contact (exposed to a positive case for 15 minutes over 24 hours).
Please remember we do not benefit from the quarantine waiver because we are not universally masking.
Related to the ODH flowchart, we would like to collect some student information to assist us in the event we have a positive case. Please complete the below survey before Monday morning.
